SK Systems is a professional conglomerate that has been advancing since 1980 by a syndicate of Self Employed Engineers and Commercial Graduates having professional aptitude and years of experience in Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of  Air Handling and Air Pollution Control Systems / Equipments for Industrial Applications.

The Company pre-meditated the compass and capacity of these Systems/ equipments in the Indian Industry and noticeably saw the impending and imminent possibility of worthy environmental atmosphere in the Indian Industrial scenario for better productivity, health of the workmen and life of the Machine. All these visions made the company dedicate itself to the service of its customers who wanted, and got too, the optimal design and competitive costing.

The Company rides high on the pride due to the fact that right from the initiation to the implementation to the finality of the projects, everything gets completed with great precision and expertise. This eminence and prominence gets adulation from every client of high repute for whom the quality is more important than the cost. 

As an upshot, many prominent customers have patronized the company for all their requirements of Air Handling and Air Pollution Control Systems / Equipments. To name a few are BHEL, Thermax, Thyssenkrupp, ISGEC, Andritz Hydro, GE Power, L&T, Jindal Group, Jaypee Group, Ambuja Group, Grasim Group, Tata Group, etc. 

  • On the recurring demand of the market the Engineering department of the company has developed special fans as an Import substitute for BHEL for their Turbines and have been supplying the same to them for the last more than 25 years. They have also developed special expertise in executing Ventilation and Air Conditioning projects for surface/ underground Hydel power projects and for Thermal power projects of large capacities on turn key basis including Design and Engineering. Few such projects already executed/ under execution are :
  • 1x120MW TPP-NALCO, 2x125 MW TPP-JSL &2x600 MW TPP-OPGCL in Orissa
  • 2x250MW TPP Chhabra Stage-I & 8x135MW TPP-Rajwest Power in Rajasthan
  • 3x150 MW Baglihar Stage-I  HEP & 3x100 MW Kishanganga HEP in J&K
  • 4x200 MW Koldam HEP,4X200 MW PARBATI STAGE-II HEP & 4x250 MW Karcham Wangtoo HEP in H.P.
  • 4x100 MW Koteshwar HEP,4x130 MW Tapovan HEP & 2X250 MW Tehri PSP in Uttarkhand.
  • 4x150 MW Kameng HEP,& 2x55 MW Pare HEP in Arunachal Pradesh

The enterprise of SK Systems has primarily been founded by Late Mr. N.K. Gupta in the year 1980 alongwith other proficient people in the field. This ingenious gentleman was a man of wisdom, principles, duty, selfless devotion, and dynamic vision. He deeply led this company towards remarkable growth and made it view tremendous success all through the years. After his sad demise in the year 2002, Mr. Ajay Bhargava, an Engineering graduate from BITS-Pilani has taken over the management of the company and leading the company since then quite effectively following similar management principles. Under his leadership also the company has seen multifarious growth during last more than 20 years and the company’s Group turnover has increased from about Rs. 5.00 cores in the year 2002 to more than Rs.45.00 crores in the year 2023.

The Managing Director of the Company Mr. Ajay Bhargava is a member of “American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc.” an Internationally renowned organization in the field and “Indian Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers” a well renowned organization in India in the field. The company had also taken the Membership of “Air Movement and Control Association” in the year 2014.
